About StudentFlow

StudentFlow helps people going abroad from India, students first, stay organised from first step to arrival, whether that is a degree, a move, a work trip, a family visit or a holiday. We turn a confusing pile of tasks into one personal list with deadlines, documents and links to official sources.

Why does StudentFlow exist?

Because the offer letter isn’t the finish line. After it come visa forms, proof of funds, insurance, housing, flights, forex and a SIM that works when you land — spread across government sites, university portals and WhatsApp groups, each with its own deadline.

We built one calm place that puts those steps in order, shows what to do next, and says plainly when the answer lives on an official page rather than here.

In one line

Every screen should answer: “What should I do next?”

What do we stand for?

Six principles we try to hold ourselves to.

Official sources first

Anything regulated — visas, funds, insurance — comes from approved guidance that names its official source and the date we last verified it. If we’re unsure, we say “check the official page” and link it.

One next step

Not a wall of tasks. A clear next action, with the deadlines that matter coming up behind it.

Honest about money

No made-up fees, no fake countdown timers. Prices are shown before you pay, and services are always optional.

Private by default

Documents are stored privately, and we ask only for what a step needs. Read the privacy policy.

Accessible to everyone

Readable type, strong contrast, keyboard-friendly and works without JavaScript. Students use all kinds of phones and connections.

Not advice, and clear about it

We explain routes in plain English. We are not a law firm, immigration adviser or government body.

How do we keep the information accurate?

  • Each guide carries a source name, an official link and a “verified on” date.
  • We don’t quote fees, thresholds or processing times as facts — they change, so we link to the page that publishes them.
  • Only approved guidance feeds the journey engine and the in-app assistant. If something isn’t covered, the assistant is built to say so.
  • If you spot something out of date, tell us and we’ll check it.

How does StudentFlow make money?

Planning your journey is free. When you choose to book an optional service through StudentFlow — an eSIM, insurance or accommodation from a partner, for example — the provider may pay us a commission. Consultants can also use StudentFlow to manage their own students. Those commissions never change the rules or the guidance we show.

What StudentFlow is not

  • Not a university, an embassy or a government body.
  • Not a law firm or a regulated immigration adviser. We can’t give advice about your individual case.
  • Not able to promise admission, a visa or a scholarship — nobody honestly can.

Come and see for yourself.

Build your journey in a few minutes and see what your next step looks like.

Free to plan. No card needed. Not legal or immigration advice.
