Terms of use
The ground rules for using StudentFlow, in plain English. Last updated .
1. Using StudentFlow
By creating an account or using this site you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service. You must be able to form a binding contract, or have a parent or guardian agree on your behalf if you are under 18.
2. Your account
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
3. What our guidance is, and isn’t
StudentFlow provides general information and planning tools. We are not a law firm, a licensed immigration adviser, a financial adviser or a government body. Guidance, checklists and the in-app assistant do not replace advice about your own situation.
Visa, immigration, finance and insurance rules are set by governments, universities and providers, and they change. Each guide names its official source and the date we last verified it. Always confirm with the official source before you act. We can’t guarantee admission, a visa, a scholarship or any outcome.
4. Optional services and orders
- Services such as eSIM, insurance, accommodation, flights, forex and airport transfers are optional and are provided by third-party partners. [confirm: which services are live]
- When you place an order we show the price before you pay. The provider’s own terms apply to what you buy, in addition to these terms.
- Cancellations and refunds follow the order’s cancellation and refund rules and the provider’s terms. We will tell you what applies at checkout. [confirm: refund and cancellation policy]
- Providers may pay us a commission. It doesn’t change the price you pay or the guidance we show. [confirm]
5. Consultants
If you work with an education consultant who uses StudentFlow, they can see the information and documents for the students they manage, as described in the privacy policy. Consultants are independent from StudentFlow and are responsible for the advice they give.
6. Content you upload
You keep ownership of the documents and information you upload. You give us permission to store and process them to provide the service to you. Only upload documents you are entitled to share, and never upload someone else’s documents without their permission.
7. Acceptable use
- Don’t upload false or forged documents, or use StudentFlow for anything unlawful.
- Don’t attempt to break, overload or probe the service, or access other people’s data.
- Don’t scrape the service in ways that harm it. Search and AI crawlers that follow our
robots.txtare welcome to read the public pages.
8. Our content
The StudentFlow name, design and original content belong to us or our licensors. You may link to our public pages and quote short extracts with attribution. Please don’t copy the site wholesale.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to keep StudentFlow running but can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or stop features, and we may update these terms. If a change matters, we’ll tell you in the product or by email.
10. Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, StudentFlow is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on general guidance without checking the official source. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. [counsel to finalise this section]
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. [confirm: jurisdiction of courts and any dispute-resolution process]
