Pick your plan from a few choices
Five quick answers. Only the first three are needed; the month and the city make the dates and the sample fare more accurate.
What you get
What does the journey estimate show?
One page you can share or print. Every date comes from the same rules the StudentFlow planner uses, and every regulated step links its official page.
A timeline with dates
The steps that matter, grouped into phases, each with a “by 14 Jul 2027” date, plus when to start and how much time you have.
A plain status
On track, Tight, or Already behind for a number of steps. It is calendar arithmetic, explained in words, and never a verdict on your chances.
The documents you will need
Each document once, with the first step that asks for it and the date to have it ready.
Services and a budget outline
Flights, cover, a place to stay, eSIM, transfers and money, with sample demo prices clearly labelled. Official fees show the category and the official page, never an amount.

Quick answers
Questions about the estimator
What is the journey estimator?
A free tool that turns one sentence, or a few choices, into a personal estimate: the steps you will need to take, by when, which documents, which services and a budget outline. It runs the same rules as the StudentFlow planner, so the estimate matches the plan you would get after signing up.
Is the estimate immigration advice?
No. The estimator organises tasks and links official sources. It does not assess eligibility, predict approval, choose a route or give points or tax advice. For advice on your case, speak to a licensed professional.
Where do the dates and prices come from?
Dates come from our journey rules, counted back from the month you give. Service prices are samples from our demo partners and are not quotes. Official fees are set by the authorities, so we link their pages and never show an amount.
Do I need an account, and is my question stored?
No account is needed. Nothing is saved to a profile when you get an estimate. If you choose to save your plan, the answers you already gave are used to pre-fill it.
Which journeys does it cover?
Students heading to the UK, Australia, Canada or Germany; newcomers moving to Canada; and professionals, and parents and family visiting someone abroad, to the UK, Australia, Canada or Germany. Travellers on a short trip or holiday can go to any country: the UK, Canada, Australia and Germany have curated guides, and every other country gets a general checklist that links its official pages. A plan for a country or journey that is not open yet shows a waitlist instead.
