The product
After the offer letter comes a pile of tasks: visa forms, proof of funds, insurance, a room, flights, a SIM that works when you land. Each one lives on a different website with a different deadline. StudentFlow puts them in order and tells you what to do next.
How it works
Pick your country, university, course and intake, and where you are with admission. A few quick questions — no essay.
We turn it into a personal list of tasks across 13 stages, with deadlines counted back from your dates.
One clear next action at a time, with your documents, official links and reminders alongside.
Book optional services when you want them, tick off arrival tasks and skip the 47 browser tabs.
What’s inside
Calm where it should be, loud where it helps. Everything works on a phone, on a slow connection and with a screen reader.
Your dashboard shows the single most important thing to do next — overdue first, then critical, then the earliest deadline. No scrolling through a wall of tasks to find it.
Set your intake or travel date and we work backwards from it.
Upload your passport, offer letter and statements once. They’re stored privately, ready when a form asks.
Visa and money guidance links to the government page and shows when we last verified it.
eSIM, insurance, housing and more sit next to the step they belong to. Optional, always.
Rupees, lakhs and intakes. Plain English instead of jargon. Reminders like “keep your Indian number alive so bank OTPs still arrive”. No condescension, light humour, zero fake countdown timers.
Destinations
Four destinations, each with its visa route, intakes, a what-to-do-when timeline and official links.
Shorter degrees, historic campuses — and a visa built around your CAS.
Two big intakes, a visa built around your CoE, and OSHC sorted before you fly.
Study permit, Letter of Acceptance, and a very big country to unpack.
Public universities, a blocked account, and your Anmeldung in week one.
For newcomers
Not studying, but moving with a job offer, a permanent residence application or family? The newcomer planner turns your route into one checklist, from official pathway to your first months. Canada is live now.
For business professionals
Business trips, employer assignments, job relocations and remote work, planned in one place: entry and work rules, documents, flights, stay, cover, eSIM and forex. We link the official pages and do not give immigration or tax advice.
Services
Each service shows up on your list at the moment you need it — and never before.
Data on your phone the moment you land.
Journey stage: ConnectivityCover that meets your destination’s rules.
Journey stage: InsuranceSomewhere safe to land, verified before you pay.
Journey stage: AccommodationBook with your arrival plan in mind.
Journey stage: FlightsPay fees and carry money without the hidden charges.
Journey stage: Forex & moneyA pre-booked ride from the arrivals hall to your door.
Journey stage: ArrivalHonest by design
Visa, money and insurance rules change. So our guides never state fees, thresholds or processing times as facts. Instead each one names its official source, links to it, and shows the date we last verified it.

Quick answers
StudentFlow is a free journey planner for people going abroad from India. It started with students heading to the UK, Australia, Canada or Germany, and it also plans moves for newcomers, work trips and relocations, family visits and holidays. You tell us where you are headed, and we build a personal to-do list that runs from first step to arrival: visa, insurance, housing, flights, eSIM, money and arrival tasks, with deadlines, a private document vault and links to official sources.
Yes, planning your journey is free. If you choose to book an optional service through StudentFlow, such as an eSIM or insurance from a partner, the provider may pay us a commission. You see the price before you pay.
No. StudentFlow is not a law firm, an immigration adviser or a government body. We explain each route in plain English and link to the official source for every regulated step. For advice about your own case, speak to your university or a regulated adviser.
As early as you can, ideally while you are shortlisting. Some steps, such as documents, proof of funds, appointments and, for Germany, the APS certificate, take time. Each official visa page also states how early you may apply.
It depends on the country, the course and sometimes the city, and the rules change. We do not quote figures. Each official page lists the current amount, and our proof of funds guide shows how to prepare.
Most destinations have a health requirement, but it works differently in each. The UK charges an Immigration Health Surcharge with the visa application, Australia requires Overseas Student Health Cover, Canada depends on the province and institution, and Germany requires statutory or private health insurance for enrolment and the visa.
Tell us where you’re headed and get your personal list in a few minutes. Start before you have an offer — it updates as things change.
Free to plan. No card needed. Not legal or immigration advice.
